These tiles are installed over deck pedestals on flat roof or uneven surfaces. Wood Tiles by Bison are commercial grade, constructed with stainless steel screws and high grade hardwoods that has been environmentally responsibly harvested.

Labor Cost

The service includes initial take-off with measurements, deck elevations for calculating pedestal heights, computer generated design, and the labor to build the deck using the Bison Ipe tile and pedestal system. Excludes demolition or debris removal of an existing deck.

Labor Cost

Additional Cost For Demolition
If you are replacing an existing deck, you must first remove the old deck. You will incur additional labor cost and based on the size of your deck a dumpster or dump truck will be needed to dispose the debris at a local dump site or recycling center.
Cost for 20 yard dumpster - $650
Cost for Dump-truck - $550
These fees include dump fees. Note we can only disregard lumber and concrete at the dump yard.
Labor cost to remove an existing deck is $7 p/sf.
Additional cost for equipment such as a debris chute, scaffold, canopy may apply depending on the location of your deck and access to the jobsite.
