Additional Cost For Raised Decks
Railing - $95 - $120 p/lf
Stairs - $300 each step (3-4 ft wide)
Concrete landing - $25 p/sf
Landscape fabric and gravel - $5 p/sf
Concrete Pier 10" - $400 each
Concrete Pier 12" - $500 each
Concrete Footing - $500 each (when applicable)
Additional Cost For Demolition
If you are replacing an existing deck, you must first remove the old deck. You will incur additional labor cost and based on the size of your deck a dumpster or dump truck will be needed to dispose the debris at a local dump site or recycling center.
Labor Cost For Removal
These costs are broken down as not all existing decks need to be demolished completely
Deck boards - $1.50 per square foot
Deck frame - $2.50 per square foot
Railing - $1.25 per linear foot
Concrete piers - $75.00 Each
Dumpster and Disposal Costs
Cost for 20-yard dumpster - $650
Cost for Dump-truck - $550
These fees include dump fees. Note, that we can only disregard lumber and concrete at the dump yard.

45-Degree Angle Deck
The cost to add this enhancement to your deck design is $5 per square feet. Installing your decking at a 45-degree angle is a popular style for decks. This can be done to reduce decking seams or just for appearance. Learn More

The cost to add this enhancement to your deck design is $25 per linear feet. These are boards installed outside all edges of the deck to add visual appeal to the deck while defining the deck edge. Learn More
Gate Kit
Help keep pets out of the backyard. The cost to add a gate to your deck can range from $600 to $950.
Decorative Lattice
Create the perfect finished look using premium decorative lattice panels.
Lattice up to 4 ft height.
1. Pressure treated - $11.84 p/sf
2. White vinyl - $14.84 p/sf
This includes framing under the deck to firmly secure the lattice, lattice and labor.
Clip Hidden Fastening System
Clip fastening - The cost to add this enhancement to your deck design is $3.50 per square foot. Clips are inserted in the grooved edges between boards (the clips and screws are hidden). Pet and kid-friendly. This fastening system is for composite grooved decks only. Learn more
